Quote from Vivian
“I am a coach because coaching brings me joy. It feels great to help people break open possibilities in their lives, to be a trusted advisor, to be allowed to be a witness to who people really are. I believe coaching is sacred work. Coaching requires me to be present in the moment. I love what I do because of who it requires me to be just as much as the results it produces in others. I know from personal experience the benefits of coaching and want to share this gift with others.”
Testimonials
"To maintain our status as one of the largest privately held communications agency in the Bay Area, we must rely on extraordinary talent and strong leadership. To develop that talent and leadership, we use coaching from Vivian Groman -- and it is paying off in spades. In just six months, Vivian has enabled our staff to independently face challenges and develop solutions for issues that I would have previously been personally involved with for weeks or even months. Beyond the obvious cost savings, our staff feels enriched and enjoys the personal development offered with the coaching." - CEO Communications Company
“I have worked with Vivian since 1996 and my experience with her has been nothing but positive. Not only is she an outstanding professional, strong in technology, but she is also one of the best managers and leaders I know.” - CEO Financial Services Company.
